Other Gear

  • Children in VPK through 2nd grade need to bring sneakers that they can tie on their own (no cleats) and should have shin guards. Please send them with sneakers they can wear or put on themselves as coaches are unable to help tie shoelaces for all the kids that can't tie shoelaces yet!
  • Children in 3rd grade through 5th grade should also have soccer cleats.
  • Every child must wear a personalized soccer jersey and have their own ball and bag (can be our soccer ball purchased above or one they already have from home).

    REGISTRATION DETAILS

    • THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR OUR AFTER SCHOOL SOCCER PROGRAM DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. CHILD MUST BE ATTENDING THE SCHOOL SELECTED.
    • Only register and pay for registration one time during each academic school year. We send flyers home every month so if your child is already enrolled and active in our program, you do NOT need to register again! If you withdraw from our program and then wish to re-join our program during the same academic school year, please just email us at info@skillsafterschool.com as you do NOT need to fill out the registration form or pay the registration fee again (again, only during same academic school year).
    • NOTE: Registration is non-refundable. Jerseys are not returnable if you have selected the wrong size or misspelled your child's name so double check the measurements in the chart above and double check your child's first name spelling. A replacement jersey will cost $45.
    • All participants must bring their own soccer ball, soccer socks, shin guards and soccer cleats (cleats for only grades 3 - 5, VPK / Kindergaten - 2nd grade will wear sneakers) and must wear the personalized jersey. 
    • Monthly Fee: $60 per month. Additional siblings will be $50 per child, per month. Payment is recurring and will automatically be charged the 25th of each month before the month it is applied towards. i.e.: $60 charge on September 25th for the month of October and so on.
    • Fee covers practices each month on school days in session. There will be no class on days school is not in session (closed for holidays, etc.).  Monthly fee is not prorated due to school closure or weather caused closures and is NOT based on a certain number of sessions per month but is instead based on average monthly costs to operate, spread out in equal monthly payments of $60 per month.
    • To withdraw from enrollment in the program, please send an email with details to info@skillsafterschool.com. There are no partial refunds for withdrawal in the middle of any given month. Payment will be stopped prior to the next month's charge (provided you emailed us in time to do so - at least 2 days prior to the 25th of the month). Child may re-join our soccer program during the same school year without having to re-register. Just email us at info@skillsafterschool.com.
    • You will receive an email after completing this form which will have important details and the option to select the registration level necessary. This is a one time per school year registration fee and will include the 1st month's soccer fee.
